I spent last week at my mother’s, and I enjoyed myself I suppose. The dog, Maxwell, can be a pain sometimes, but aside from that it was fine. Nikki (or as I like to call her: LaToya) was in town last weekend so I spent a couple of hours with her doing nothing. We went to Metro which is one of the more…ghetto of Phoenix’s malls. I love it to death, but that’s mostly due to childhood memories than actual value and/or enjoyment.
I decided to bite the bullet and just pay off the remaining balance on my credit card. I was almost tempted to then go buy something on Amazon, but decided against it. Instead, I asked my grandmother to put some money ($50) onto my Target giftcard. She agreed, and I was very pleased. This weekend I’ll be using that card (and the $15 I saved by not shopping at Amazon) to finally buy this DDR bundle I saw. Hopefully it isn’t sold out already. Knowing my luck it is.
It looks like I’ll be heading out to California on the 26th. That following weekend is Anime Expo, and afterwards I’m suppose to go to Bakersfield. And see him. I’m not as excited about it as I once was. The crush is still there, I’m not that lucky, but…I can’t help but feel like everyone’s laughing behind my back over the whole thing. I have no chance in hell so why bother?
Speaking of hell, I’m planning on converting MW from fanbase into enthusiast. As if that’s not enough, I’m also slowly, very slowly, working on my blog layout. I’ve looked at enough PHP code in the last couple months so it’s not as scary as once was, but it’s still more work than I’m used to. I’m going to have to figure out a way to test it out before making it public.
Wow. This long update where I basically talk about nothing! Well, if you’re that interested in all that I’m not saying you’ll have to ask me in private.
